Insurance Defense Paralegal

Job Description Job Description A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support attorneys in the management of litigation matters from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities: Drafting detailed summaries of medical records, billing records, and case materials Managing intake records and organizing case files Reviewing, analyzing, and indexing medical and litigation records Preparing and handling court filings and related documentation Assisting attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation Strong knowledge of orthopedic injuries and related medical records is required Excellent written communication and analytical skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Proficiency with litigation workflows and document management systems This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who is detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable handling complex records and litigation support responsibilities.
