Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) 8-5 Mon - Friday - Every other Friday 8-1PM Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
