Project Tech Drive results and quality for each stripping & waxing project assigned. Perform assignments according to the company schedule and as expected by the customer. Use floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning safely, following proper usage guidelines and the agreed schedule with the store. Perform carpet extraction when required. Keep facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine surfaces professionally. Take out trash and recycling. Restock supplies, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners as needed. Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals. Sweep and damp mop floors with disinfectant. Spot clean soiled areas when needed. Perform general cleaning tasks (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and others as assigned). Perform stripping & waxing – wet floor care, using scrubbers, extractors, and buffers. Refill all restroom dispensers as needed. Perform all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management. Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner according to company guidelines and regulations. Read, understand, and follow units of measure on product labels. Apply knowledge of cleaning techniques, processes, and the uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxing compounds. What Makes You Awesome Eye for detail and a love for cleanliness.
