Work Structure 4 days per week in‑office (Orlando, FL) 1 remote workday per week In‑office collaboration is essential What You’ll Own Tracking, Attribution & Data Integrity Manage UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking Ensure Google Ads and Meta tracking accuracy Perform GA4 validation, debugging, and QA Maintain CRM‑to‑ad platform data integrity Implement and validate offline conversion tracking Protect attribution accuracy as spend scales HubSpot CMS & Marketing Operations Build, edit, and troubleshoot pages in HubSpot CMS Manage forms, workflows, and CRM hygiene Diagnose and resolve routing, tracking, and form issues Support franchise‑level consistency and rollout execution Automation & Growth Systems Build rule‑based automation (budget controls, scaling logic) Design workflows tied to paid media and AI systems Coordinate APIs and webhooks when needed Who This Role Is For You are: Both strategic and technical Comfortable setting direction and executing it Obsessed with performance and data accuracy Able to clearly explain how decisions impact revenue Requirements 3+ years in paid media, marketing technology, and/or growth operations Proven ownership of paid media strategy and execution Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads HubSpot CMS experience Deep understanding of conversion tracking and attribution Ability to build, optimize, and troubleshoot multi‑step marketing automation workflows Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows and prototype ideas Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to work in‑office 4 days per week in Orlando, FL Location: Maitland, Florida — In Person Only #J-18808-Ljbffr Bodenvy Corporate
