B&MI empowers customers to make informed decisions, improve efficiency and profitability, and accelerate innovation through data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and market intelligence.Role: The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Program Governance drives execution excellence across B&MI's technology portfolio by establishing governance frameworks, delivering portfolio insights, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role partners with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, risks and dependencies are managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent and predictable.All About You:Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives.Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics.Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision-making.Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.Identify execution risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews.Corporate Security Responsibility:All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
