Play with Kids!- Behavior Technician

Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling. As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you’ve never heard of. You’ll be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work is so important. What you’ll do Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills Celebrate their wins! (big and small) What you need A heart for helping kids A calm, steady presence Eagerness & energy to play A willingness to learn something new What you’ll get Smiles and giggles from happy kids! A job that’s finally meaningful A nationally recognized RBT Certification (comes with a pay raise!) A rewarding career path in behavioral healthcare $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week) Additional Pay Incentives
- $2/hour for weekend shifts
- $5/hour for company-observed holidays
