Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Artistic Director, located in Kealakekua, HI. The Artistic Director is responsible for leading all artistic programming and ensuring high‑quality productions, including plays, music, dance, and other performance arts. Daily tasks include planning and executing artistic strategies, overseeing production teams, collaborating with artists and community partners, and managing arts administration duties to align with the organization’s mission and values. Qualifications Experience in producing and directing plays, music, or dance performances Proficiency in arts administration and organizational planning Strong background in the arts, including an understanding of theatrical productions, music, and dance Ability to manage teams, inspire creativity, and coordinate artistic projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Capability in supporting and fostering diversity in artistic and organizational initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Arts Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience working within a community‑focused arts organization is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
