RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

The expected start date is based on Novant's schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week, and must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. Novant will confirm the final start date on the Tuesday prior to the start week.

Required Skills / Certs / Exp:

• Skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU
• Client & Siemens Scanner (Model Name is the FORCE) Use is a MUST

• Some Trauma
• CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction
• Certs: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)

• Ratios: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 Rooms
• Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!

• 12 HOUR DAYS; 07:45pm - 20:15am; FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY
• Call Requirement: NONE

• Weekend Schedule: FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY NO WEEKEND RTO

Patient Diagnoses: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics

Special Procedures / Unit Details:

This is in the emergency department on a Siemens scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and some trauma patients. VERY FAST PACED. On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 1 tech. Weekends we have 2 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients.

Special Equipment: Siemens Scanner, Client.
