Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Union, NJ Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home. This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.
