Responsibilities As a Restaurant Team Member, you will serve as the ambassador for Panera Warmth, delivering excellent service in every circumstance. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining areas, and other touchpoints. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to changing daily priorities with a positive attitude, ensuring every guest receives the best experience. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and shift‑setup duties.
