Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed. Follow all applicable transportation and safety regulations. Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle. Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers. Provide respectful and compassionate assistance to residents throughout the transportation process. Assist with resident needs before, during, and after transportation. Follow company policies and procedures regarding resident safety and confidentiality. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a current and valid STNA certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a senior living, healthcare, or assisted living environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and a resident-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
