We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Ayer, MA. This flexible position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents who need support with communication, cognition, and swallowing while collaborating with an experienced rehabilitation team.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and clinical findings
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate SLPs are welcome to apply
