Organization: VCH Respiratory Therapy Job Summary Leads team in optimizing the effectiveness, efficiency and safety of the therapeutic procedures and techniques utilized by Respiratory Care personnel for optimal patient care, maintain CAP compliance for all Respiratory Care Blood Gas labs, and ensure appropriate and effective utilization of financial resources. Key Responsibilities Coordinates staff development Oversees all Respiratory Care Blood Gas satellite labs. Manages Respiratory Care Supply Assistants, Respiratory Care Night Supervisors and conducts performance reviews. Ensures all financial resources are utilized effectively – monitor expenses against budget, order supplies, etc. The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
