Step into an impactful role supporting students in K-12 with your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Two unique opportunities are available: one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week), each allowing you to provide critical services that empower students to communicate with confidence and success.
As a dedicated professional in this contract position, you’ll work closely with students, teachers, and families to evaluate, diagnose, and deliver effective speech and language therapy. Collaboration and compassion are at the heart of what you do, making a real difference in the lives of children and young adults.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Provide consultative support and resources to educators and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape strategies for student growth
