Registered Nurse (RN) - Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff Part-Time Nights 12hrs Shifts. +Rotating Weekends Job Summary Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless transitions and communication Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri Experience in Long Term Care, senior living or related setting preferred.
