We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for RNs with 2+ years of experience in Surgical Services or Acute Care.

Hourly Rate: $36.00–$49.16

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 per 12-Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated as per applicable laws)

Shift Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Daytime Availability

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working closely with the interdisciplinary team.

• Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
• Ensure a safe, sterile environment and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Oversee and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and unit projects.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver high-quality care.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Must possess a current and valid state RN License.
• Hold a current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
• Obtain a current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and keep it updated.
• Acquire a current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
• At least one year of prior Perioperative experience or relevant on-the-job training.
• CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, and certifications.
