Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for easy access. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information. Review and summarize legal documents and case law for attorney review. Prepare and file documents with courts and other legal entities. Assist in case management and tracking deadlines to ensure timely submissions. Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits and evidence. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification from a recognized paralegal association is a plus.
