This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, supporting the office team, and managing Port-a-Jon services. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person and over the phone. Schedule service calls and appointments accurately. Manage all Port-a-Jon scheduling, pick-up, set-out, cleaning, and billing. Be first in line to answer all Port-a-Jon calls andassistwith calls across other business lines. Maintain customer records and updateServiceTitanCRMsystems. Assistwith office administrative tasks as needed. Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
