Revenue Cycle Specialist (Hybrid) — Phoenix, AZ

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a  Revenue Cycle Specialist to support a busy team with invoicing, payment posting, account research, and customer follow-up. This is a  contract-to-hire opportunity.

Location

• Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
• Training: First 1–2 weeks fully onsite , then hybrid schedule

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours/week
• After training: typically 3 days onsite / 2 days work-from-home

Pay

• $19.57 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Process customer invoicing and related administrative duties
• Accurately post and record customer payments/checks
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices to secure payment
• Investigate and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
• Provide friendly, professional phone support
• Assist with backup duties and project-based assignments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
• Accounts Receivable / accounting experience strongly preferred
• Self-starter, motivated, investigative, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
