What you may own

• Own company-level product vision portfolio priorities and product organization performance.
• Own product strategy priorities and outcome metrics for a meaningful product area.
• Develop a clear view of customer needs competitive alternatives and market opportunities.
• Lead discovery and roadmap decisions with engineering design data sales and customer teams.
• Write clear product requirements and decision documents that keep teams aligned.
• Measure adoption retention revenue and customer outcomes and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Present strategy progress risks and tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• A record of leading successful software or technology products at meaningful scale.
• Strong customer discovery prioritization analytical and commercial judgment.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
• Ability to make clear decisions when information is incomplete and priorities compete.
• Excellent written verbal and executive communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented VP of Product searches in New York is $225000 to $350000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer scope level experience and work arrangement and may include bonus commission or equity where applicable.
