Register and coordinate customer relocation orders
Work with trucking companies, steamship lines, and transportation partners
Track shipments and provide timely updates
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Support customers via phone and email
Keep office operations organized and efficient
Requirements
1 + year of logistics/transportation/dispatch/admin coordination
Strong customer service & communication
Excel proficiency
Organized, accurate, and dependable
Must live within commuting distance of Reno
