Mortgage Loan Processor

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Mortgage Loan Processor opportunity with our client, a well-established and growing mortgage lender. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned mortgage professional who can step in with minimal training, manage a pipeline independently, and help move loans efficiently from application through closing.

The Mortgage Loan Processor isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Process residential mortgage loan files from application through closing.
• Review loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and analyze required borrower documentation.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, escrow officers, and borrowers throughout the loan process.
• Ensure all underwriting conditions are satisfied in a timely manner.
• Monitor loan timelines and proactively communicate status updates.
• Prepare complete loan files for closing while maintaining compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 3+ years' recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor; experience with a variety of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan products a plus.
• Encompass 360 LOS experience.
• Experience processing broker-originated mortgage loans.
• Experience with manually underwritten VA loans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 , including Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Pay Rate Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually DOE+


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
