This position will be responsible for the development and performance of the company's Inside Sales Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, enable, and retain a team of A Players
• Establish, track, and measure KPIs that align with the company's growth plans
• Create KAs for the team and review quarterly
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly one-on-ones with the team focused on development of skill sets and identifying roadblocks to remove
• Develop a compensation plan that optimally aligns Inside Sales focus with broader company goals
• Develop and implement systems to track, measure, and drive accountability of the following key functions:
• Inbound leads are contacted within 60 seconds of receiving
• Inbound leads are contacted 3X in the first 24 hours
• All customers who have rented (or closed/lost) in the last 36 months are contacted quarterly with a "3 and out" cadence, tracked and measured
• All truck sales customers are contacted weekly during the last four weeks leading up to delivery
• All customers with trucks on rent are contacted monthly to ensure satisfaction
• Care calls are leveraged as sales calls, with systems built to measure and ensure cross-selling opportunities are optimized
• Establish clear and scalable processes for communication between inside and outside sales
• Satisfaction surveys are conducted on all closed-won opportunities
• Swag is distributed on all new rentals and truck sales
• All reporting is accurate and up to date, supporting the umbrella Sales KPI of opportunities created, opportunities closed won, and opportunities closed lost

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated track record of success with 5+ years of sales/management experience
• Disciplined and strong ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
