Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information at each visit
• Obtain required signatures on consent and privacy forms
• Collect copays, balances, and other payments
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patients' appointments
• Answer phone
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide patients with necessary forms, instructions, or referrals 
• Chart prep
• Take Vitals

Requirements

• Must have at least one or more years of experience as a front desk in a medical field setting
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
