Ted Britt Lincoln is looking for an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience while maximizing sales opportunities. If you have a proven track record in luxury automotive service and are looking for a dealership where your hard work is rewarded, we want to hear from you.

- Coordinate repairs efficiently with technicians and management.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, CSI, and performance goals.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required.
- Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo, etc.).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
