About The Role F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) at our West Washington Office, located in downtown Hagerstown, MD. An FSR will serve current and new customers, providing exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for consumer and business clients. The role involves recommending bank products and services that benefit customers and includes training on product knowledge. After completing the initial training period, you will advance your career in banking by gaining additional knowledge and skills, including account opening responsibilities. The office also hosts other business partners representing revenue-generating divisions. The West Washington team collaborates closely with the Waynesboro and Greencastle teams on an ongoing basis.
