Whether you're a new graduate building your foundation or an experienced RN ready to expand your clinical expertise, our team provides the support, resources, and opportunities to help you grow.Our unit provides care within two nationally recognized areas of specialty:Level 3 NAEC Epilepsy CenterAdvanced epilepsy monitoring, evaluation, and specialized neurological care.DNV-Certified Comprehensive Stroke CenterProviding advanced stroke care with a high volume of regional interventions.Our nurses care for patients with complex neurological and cardiac conditions, including:Stroke & post-craniectomy patientsSpinal surgeries & lumbar drainsCardiac monitoring & interventionsCardiac dripsStress tests & cardiac catheterizationsCardioversions & ablationsPacemakersCarotid stentingYou'll play an important role in coordinating neurological and cardiac care, including ensuring the cardiac needs of stroke patients are appropriately monitored and managed.Salary Details:Hourly Rate: $33.50 – $52.00Your individual rate is determined based on:RN work experienceEducation levelInternal equityCertification Pay: An additional $1.50/hour is available for an approved qualifying certification.Required Qualifications:Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
