Our client is looking for a Data Engineer(Snowflake) project in Fort Mill, SC. Below are the detailed requirements.
Job Title : Data Engineer(Snowflake)
Location : Fort Mill, SC
Required Skills : Snowflake Administration and Platform Management.
Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake Administration and Platform Management .
- Hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Snowflake .
- Advanced SQL and Python development and scripting skills.
- Experience with RBAC, SSO, MFA, data masking, and row-level security .
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Stored Procedures, Time Travel, and Zero-Copy Cloning .
- Experience with Snowflake performance tuning, warehouse optimization, and cost management .
- Strong AWS experience with S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Secrets Manager .
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, and automation is preferred.
