Auf diese spannenden Aufgaben kannst Du dich freuen: Operativer Handel von Regelenergieprodukten (insb. aFRR / mFRR, optional FCR) auf relevanten Plattformen und Märkten Überwachung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Gebotsstrategien im Intraday- und Regelenergiemarkt Sicherstellung der Fahrplan- und Bilanzkreisbewirtschaftung in Echtzeit Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Marktpreisen, Abrufen, Aktivierungen und Systemzuständen Analyse von Marktdaten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung kurzfristiger Handelsentscheidungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Algo-Trading-, Data- und Flexibility-Teams zur Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Handelsstrategien Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Dispatch, Prognosen und Vermarktungslogiken Kommunikation mit Übertragungsnetzbetreibern, Plattformen und internen Schnittstellen Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Trading-Tools und operativen Prozessen Deine Fähigkeiten sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg: Einen Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss, z.B. aus den Bereichen: Energiemanagement, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mathematik oder Physik Hohes Interesse und Verständnis der europäischen Strommärkte sowie der Mechanismen von Regelenergie (aFRR, mFRR, Merit Order, Aktivierungslogiken) Erste Erfahrung im operativen Trading / Dispatch / Bilanzkreismanagement Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck präzise Entscheidungen zu treffen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Trading-Systemen, Marktplattformen und idealerweise API-basierten Prozessen Technisches Verständnis für automatisierte Handelsstrategien (Algotrading von Vorteil) Programmierkenntnisse (z. B.
