Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment and systems are regularly inspected and serviced to avoid downtime or unexpected repairs. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Ensure staff adheres to safety standards and facility procedures. Budget Management: Assist in managing the maintenance budget, including controlling expenses, tracking supplies, and prioritizing repair projects. Provide recommendations for capital improvement projects. Safety Compliance: Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all safety codes and regulations, performing regular inspections and safety checks to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff. Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to residents and operations. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance needs, ensuring quality service and adherence to facility standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, repairs, and completed work in Upkeep platform. Provide reports on ongoing projects and maintenance activities as needed.
