What we're seeking:

• Valid OT license with eligibility to practice in educational settings
• Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric OT assessments and interventions
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility to travel between two school sites (elementary and middle school)

Your daily responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services that support students' IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
• Provide consultative support for faculty and parents on student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school protocols
