Candidates with relevant credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level and may be offered a higher starting wage, based on experience.MSR Career Path & Hourly Pay Ranges:MSR I: $16.33 - $22.69 (midpoint: $18.15) MSR II: $17.20 - $23.89 (midpoint: $19.11)MSR III: $18.06 - $25.09 (midpoint: $20.07)*Minimum starting rate: $17.00/hour  Qualifications for a Member Service RepresentativeHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredValid driver's license is requiredPrior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required A Day in the Life of an MSRIn this role, you'll do more than provide great service. As a Member Service Representative, you're the friendly first point of contact, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. You process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, while taking the time to truly understand each member's unique financial needs and recommending solutions that support their goals.You'll play a vital role in strengthening our members' financial wellbeing as well as the community by creating positive experiences and building connections that support NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts (approximately once per month) from 9:00 AM to noon. 8-hour weekday shifts may vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM depending on location. Employee Benefits NCU offers a competitive benefits package to support your health and well-being.
