Banquet Host

Anthology Events is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Banquet Greeter. Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, work well on a team, and be comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with various duties through the Event.


Additional duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with cleanliness throughout the Event.
• Providing concierge style assistance to guests.
• Handling coat check.
• Restocking Bathrooms.
• Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues
• Polished presentation and communication with VIP clients and management.
• Escorting guest from lobby to event space

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting.
• Experience in a fine dining service environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Maintain high energy throughout events amongst clients and staff.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
