Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING - Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and maintaining records in the ERP system Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, timelines, and product information Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or specifications Prepare customer correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements Provide backup support for customer service and front office operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree is a plus) Customer service experience is preferred but not required Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with sales, production, and shipping teams Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is preferred Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
