As a Client Experience Associate within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO at the MLK & Central Park branch. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction. Make appropriate referrals to branch staff and perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Support proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Help grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and drive customer loyalty. Qualifications Relevant knowledge, skills and abilities for the role. Preferred skills include accountability, banking, branch banking, client loyalty, CX, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology and proactive sales. Competencies: accuracy and attention to detail, banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, understanding customer needs. Work experience: typically Education: no university/college degree required. Certifications and licenses: none required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,125.00 – $61,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
