Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary Assignment (3 Weeks)

Job Summary

K&S Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable Welder Helper for a short-term assignment in Crestview, FL. This position will assist welders with daily fabrication and welding support duties in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain additional hands-on experience in welding and fabrication support.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders with materials, tools, and equipment
• Grind, clean, and prep metal surfaces
• Move and organize materials around the worksite
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support welding operations as directed by lead welder or supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform other shop or labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction, welding, or fabrication helper experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Steel toe boots required
