As a State Farm Agent with 23 years' experience, I have created a culture in my agency where it is not just another job but more like family. The team loves our monthly team building activities and annual retreats. I have prior team members who have become State Farm Agents, I coach and mentor for success. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Outbound calls offering new products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Currently licensed or a willingness to obtain your insurance license #J-18808-Ljbffr
