About the Role As a Piping/Plumbing Engineer I in our Seattle office, you will help our clients achieve energy‑efficient building solutions and create a greener future. Responsibilities Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, and select equipment. Complete field surveys and review equipment shop drawings. Mentor designers and, as experience grows, lead piping/plumbing project teams. Write specifications, participate in project meetings with clients and consultants, and support construction‑phase work. Qualifications BSME or BSAE from an ABET‑accredited school. EIT certification (FE exam passed) is a plus. 1–3 years experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred. Skills Strong spoken and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Quick technical comprehension and client‑focused motivation. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Proficient working both individually and within team environments.
