In this role, you wont just be "beading metal"youll be working on high-spec projects that require surgical precision, clean aesthetics, and structural integrity. Whether working with stainless steel, aluminum, or specialty alloys, your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. Position TIG Welder Job Location Neenah, WI Starting Date ASAP Employment Term Direct Hire Employment Type Full time Work Hours (Shift) 1st and 2nd shifts available Starting Pay $25 to $30 based on experience Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education High School Diploma/GED Required Experience At least 2 years of experience Responsibilities Precision Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials (Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon Steel). Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. Preparation & Finishing: Clean and prep surfaces; grind and polish finished welds to meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Quality Control: Inspect welds for cracks, beads, or defects using standard gauges and visual checks. Collaboration: Work alongside our fabrication team to troubleshoot fit-up issues and optimize production flow. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment. Technical Skill: Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions). Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a focus on clean, blue-ribbon welds.
