*Position Overview*

We’re looking for energetic, positive, and motivated *Youth Soccer Coaches* to join our growing team! Coaches will work primarily with *U9–U14 boys and girls* teams, focusing on building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Whether you’ve coached before or are eager to learn, we’ll provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you succeed. If you love working with kids, thrive in a team environment, and have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching the game, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

*Key Responsibilities*

· Lead and assist with team training sessions following the FC Horizon curriculum

· Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for players to learn and grow

· Coach weekend games and tournaments (mostly local)

· Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

· Support each player’s development both technically and personally

· Attend periodic staff meetings and coach education sessions

*Qualifications*

· Prior coaching or playing experience preferred

· Passion for working with youth athletes (U8–U19)

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Positive attitude and growth mindset

· USSF/Grassroots licenses a plus — *we can train you!*

*Location*

Based in *Rogers/Bentonville, AR*, with training and games in the local area. Some weekend travel may be required.
