Express Employment Professionals is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative .

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Whether you're just beginning your career or looking to gain valuable sales experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Every conversation you have helps connect local businesses with staffing solutions that make a difference.

Pay: Depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to local businesses
• Introduce Express Employment Professionals and our staffing services
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Schedule appointments for our Business Development Manager
• Update customer information and notes in our CRM
• Follow up with existing contacts and nurture business relationships
• Work closely with the recruiting team to understand current hiring needs
• Help generate new business opportunities for the office

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Organized and dependable
• Basic computer skills
• Sales, customer service, retail, restaurant, or call center experience is a plus—but not required
