Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit

This position requires 12-hour shifts, with options for dayshift (7 AM - 7 PM) or night shift (7 PM - 7 AM) based on the needs of the unit.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a medical surgical telemetry unit. The successful candidate will provide top-quality nursing care to patients in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a medical surgical telemetry unit preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

This is a 13-week contract position.
