Responsibilities of Our Operations Specialists Apply the company mission, vision and values in your day to day work and decision making To work with the individual who has been assigned as your evaluator bringing up issues and listening to feedback Learn Fortis terminology, practices and policies and adapt to changes and seek improvement Work collaboratively with and support our Operations team with tasks like chasing invoices, checking upcoming reservations, special projects and participation in daily stand-up meetings Be willing to be part of a cohesive team environment where each contributes to helping others and clients when needed Preferences Bachelor’s degree, preferred 2+ years of experience in security, logistics or technology-related roles or opportunities, preferably travel-related Satisfactory background check (reviewed on a case by case basis).
