At Cole Pediatric Therapy , you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Compensation & Scheduling

Pay Rates/ Shift Differential:
– All day Saturday & Sunday → Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session & $80/Evaluation

Hours & Availability:
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
