ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which boasts 30 beds dedicated to managing critically ill patients. The patient population includes a diverse range of medical conditions such as:SepsisHeart failureHypertensive emergenciesRespiratory failureChronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)Chronic kidney diseaseType 2 diabetes mellitus (TDM2)Alcohol use and abuseSubstance abuseStatus epilepticusEncephalopathyResponsibilitiesAs an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:Providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients.Utilizing advanced monitoring equipment, including ventilators.Conducting thorough assessments and implementing care plans.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Participating in patient education and discharge planning.QualificationsCandidates must meet the following qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting.Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.LocationThis position is located in a dynamic area within the city and state that encourage a blend of professional growth and personal fulfillment.Client Details State GA
