Global Payroll Leader - IPO-Ready & Compliance

Strava is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the global payroll function across the US and EMEA, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will lead a team and work closely with multiple departments during a crucial period as Strava prepares for public ownership. The ideal candidate will possess substantial payroll experience across multiple countries, including the US, UK, France, Germany, and Ireland, and will be responsible for ensuring all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and timely.
