Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules. Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing data issues and access requests. Support data import/export tasks using tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard. Assist with testing and deploying new features, enhancements, and third-party integrations. Document system processes, configurations, and user guides. Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and support business needs. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and upcoming releases. Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or support role. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or willingness to obtain. Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard objects, and data management principles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
