Researches, analyzes, and resolves payroll-related problems or questions directly with clients. Maintains payroll operation by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals and related results to meet daily and weekly deadlines Meet and maintain established ticket metrics with supervision, exposure, and experience with client phone calls. Establish and build healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Updating all client employee information, deductions, earnings, salary, direct deposits, etc. as requested by client.
