Commercial Roofing Laborer (Entry-Level) – $25/hr

Starting Pay

Location: Cascade, IA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour (entry-level)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional overtime based on project needs

About the Position:

We are a growing commercial roofing contractor specializing

in high-quality roofing systems and a strong safety culture. We’re looking for

motivated individuals to join our crew and build a long-term career in the

roofing industry.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Roofing Laborer, you will work alongside

experienced crew members installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial

roofing systems. This is an entry-level position—no prior roofing experience

required . We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
• Carry materials and tools to job sites
• Clean and prepare roof surfaces
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cascade, IA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
