Job Duties

• Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Record inspection results and project information accurately.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns.
• Follow all work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production teams by ensuring products meet established quality requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or measuring tools is beneficial.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• prior quality inspection experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as an Inspector.

• Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing - pounds.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Steel-toe boots required.
